This book about the basics of apple production and packing is available in both an English/Spanish edition and English version. This recommendation is the English/Spanish version. The colorful photos are accurate portrayals of modern apple production and enhance the basic text. The one shortcoming is that the one photo of a tractor in the book is of a tractor without rollover protection. The books contains a glossary, Internet sites, and index in both English and Spanish.
